Better SuperVision is jointly owned by BTA and CLR-A. By engaging the membership of these two leading organizations the program focusses on developing the front line supervisory competencies for a broad cross section of the commercial, institutional, industrial construction and plant maintenance industries.

What We Do

Our goal is to provide our learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful as leaders. Supervisory challenges such as safe work performance, documentation, record keeping, workplace diversity, effective communication and work planning are but a few of the key issues BSV graduates are equipped to manage.
