Applying Better SuperVision skills in the workplace in a manner in which front line supervisors achieve success in their jobs as well as top construction performance are key program goals.  The link in achieving comprehensive field application of Better SuperVision know-how is the Development Tool.  Better SuperVision encourages all program graduates to work with their site supervision in the completion of this tool.  Better SuperVision and Leaders Building Leaders graduates are provided detailed information during their program sessions on how to use this tool. Please contact us if you require further information or additional copies of the tool.  Upon completion of the Development Tool, Better SuperVision graduates are eligible to receive an additional “seal” of completion on their certificates.
