Learning Methods

Better SuperVision classes are normally multi-trade in make-up in order that participants can learn from other trades about operational problems and solutions achieved.  “In-class” learning from other participants has proven to be one of the star features of the program.

The classroom experience for Better SuperVision is designed to be highly participatory by capturing the experience of the learner through many interactive exercises.  Participants will find that the BSV learning atmosphere is respectful of the learner who is enabled to safely and confidently learn valued skills.  Classes are small in size (12-16 people) allowing for significant involvement with instructors, who have in-depth expertise in their subject areas and considerable industry experience.
